Case Study: Conversion Quick Fix
In the lead up to Christmas- their most busy time- this client had invested more in social media advertising to promote their gift vouchers. However, while website visitors increased, there was no correlating jump in sales when compared to the previous year.
Tasked with solving the issue, I identified a drop-off point in their customers’ website journey between the product listings and payment portal. Making targeted changes here resulted in an overnight increase in sales, which was sustained through the rest of the Christmas period.

Case Study: Website Content Overhaul

The screenshot above shows the six-month Google Analytics report on organic traffic to my client’s website before (orange) and after (blue) I did a complete content overhaul.
Soft-launched in December to prepare for the client’s busiest time of year- January into February- the site saw an immediate jump in visitors. This translated to an increase in new and returning leads funneled to the sales team. The improved website traffic was sustained at this higher level into the rest of the year and continued to grow.
